Yes. DocuClipper processes scanned PDFs, photos taken with a phone, and low-quality images. Accuracy is highest on clear scans at 300 DPI or above; blurry or creased checks may require spot review for amount and payee fields.
Yes. The AI reads both the numeric amount and the written-out dollar amount. If the two values do not match, a common indicator of check fraud or a data entry error, the discrepancy is flagged before export.

Payee and memo from each image are filled in on the matching row. If the statement itself includes check images on the back pages, the same matching runs automatically in a single pass, so you don't have to upload anything separately.
